1. Purchase and Payment

• Orders are available within Egypt only.
• Payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless approved by the Skull team.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver to all governorates across Egypt using trusted courier partners.
• Delivery time usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping fees are covered by the customer unless otherwise stated in special promotions.
• Skull is not responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the courier company.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

• You may return or exchange an item within 2 days of receiving it.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns or exchanges requested after 2 days will not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless the mistake was on our part.

4. Liability

• Skull is not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
